How to set up Dashboard Mini for your customers

To enable this functionality for your users or customers, follow these steps:

• You need a user account with the Owner or Manager role to perform configuration management tasks. If you already have a user account, proceed to the next step. If not, you can request an invitation from the company’s Owner. Once you receive the link in your email, you can create an account linked to this company.

  Add a member to the company.

• The next step is to create a group for your customers, by following these steps:

  • Add the details to identify your group.
  • Select at least one user who will manage the group.
  • Select the vehicles to aggregate in this group.

• Finally, send invitations to the users or clients you want to add to this group as follows:

  • Go to the Settings page and click the Add a member button at the Users tab.
  • A modal window opens, and you can enter the email address of the user you want to invite, select the External Customer role, and finally, choose the previously created group.
  • This action will send an email to the provided address, where the user will need to follow the steps to create an account. With an account created, the invited user will only have access to and be able to view the vehicles added to the created group.
