If you need to generate a new group, access the home page of the Groups menu and select Create a group:
Once in this menu, you need to follow 3 simple steps:
SETTINGS
Add the group name, email related for operations notifications (these are required), group description, and webhook URL.
USERS
Select the users within your organization that you’d like to have access to the group.
TRACKERS
Include the trackers that you want to aggregate to your group.
