User Onboarding Process for the App

If your customers are using a branded app from Astara, regardless of the brand, the onboarding process is as follows:

  1. The user must first download the app.
  2. Once installed, they open the app and see the registration screen. They need to click on "Do you need to create an account?".
  3. They must then complete the required fields as shown in the images.

Two scenarios can occur:

In both cases, if the registration is accepted and the VIN entered by the user belongs to a connected vehicle, the connectivity button will appear in the app.

If not, the same screen will appear, but without the Connect button.

App Connectivity Features

Connected vehicles will display a "Connect" icon/button in the app, through which users can access information about their connected vehicle.

When the customer clicks on the Connect button they will see information related to their connected vehicle.

On this first screen, they will see their vehicle along with a summary of the most important data, such as the mileage, fuel level, and a map showing the vehicle's location.
