Are you in trouble? Something is not working as it should. Do you have any doubts or questions regarding how to use Astara Connect? Easy peasy! You will need to follow two simple steps:

1. Access the platform: Log in.

2. Once on your home screen, look for the Help menu in the lower left area of your home screen:

   

You will be able to access the main areas of this Help Center and the event reporting form. It will allow you to ask us questions that may not be answered and report any issues you may have using the platform.

Select the type of incident you’d like to send us, describe your problem or request and click SEND REPORT.
