Understanding the status of your vehicle’s tracker is key to ensuring reliable data.

This health pill gives you an immediate snapshot of whether the tracker is correctly powered and connected. Instead of checking events or digging through diagnostics, you can instantly see if the device is operating normally or if something needs your attention.

The indicator is based on two essential components — the vehicle battery connection and the OBD connection. Together, they tell you whether the tracker is healthy and able to send accurate, real‑time information.

Below, you’ll find a breakdown of what each status means and how to interpret the details shown in the panel.

1. What the Device Health indicator shows

The indicator evaluates two components of the tracker:

🔋 Battery connection

Shows whether the device is receiving power from the vehicle’s battery.

This helps you quickly identify if the vehicle battery has been unplugged, is low, or if the device has been manipulated.

🔌 OBD connection

Shows whether the tracker has detected any disconnections from the OBD port.

This allows you to spot issues related to wiring, installation, or intentional tampering.

2. Health status levels

The pill displays one of two possible states:

🟢 HEALTH: GOOD

The tracker is properly connected to both:

Data should be reliable and up to date.

Typical example (shown in the UI):

🟡 HEALTH: WARNING

The tracker has a connectivity issue that may affect data reporting.
