⚠️ This process can only be done through the Platform interface, even if you are an API user.

To start using the API services or the Platform interface, you will need to register a company, following the next steps:

Add the email where you’d like to receive Astara Connect notifications and select a password to your account. Please read and accept the different levels of contract terms and our privacy policy.

You will receive a verification email; please follow its instructions.

Now you’re ready to start the onboarding!

1. Complete the details of the plan you’d like to subscribe to according to your fleet needs. You will need to specify:

   • How many trackers (or vehicles) would you like to connect? According to this parameter, we will recommend the subscription level that would better cover your needs.
   • How many credits would you need to add to your account? If you plan to control more than 25 trackers, we recommend you select 150.000 credits.

   

2. Once you select a plan, you must add the billing details. You have two options:

Personal account

You must add your name, phone number, and country of residence.

Business account

In addition to the previous details, you must add your company's tax information, which will be associated with the invoicing process.
